Lieenen Lewis
Co- Producer / Hair & Make-up / Costume Design - Lieenen has had many lead and co-starring roles in Doris & Company productions. When she is not needed on stage, she is our resident jack of all trades, lending her talented hand in costume and hair styling, directing and assisting our stage manager. Lieenen is the mother of one son, Marc Henry Lewis.
Elois McCollum Knights
Co-Director / Acting Coach- is an enthusiastic woman who genuinely loves the Lord. She was born and raised in CT by her loving parents Bernice and Allen McCollum. She has one Daughter Rashanda McCollum and one granddaughter Aria Keane. In June of 2015 God blessed her with her wonderful husband Caesar Knights. Elois is a member of Church on the Rock where she serves as a Hostess under the leadership of Pastors Todd and Leslie Foster. Elois has a passion and an anointing for writing poetry that incites worship in the heart of her audience.
Zakiyyah Baker
Co-Director / Acting Coach / Stage Manager - She is married to Tiwan Baker and together, they have five children. She has a Masters Degree in Education, and is currently the Principal at Kendall Elementary in Norwalk. She and her family are members of Church on the Rock in New Haven.
Brian Kearney
Singer / Song Writer / Acting Coach - Bryan has been performing on stage as a musician and singer since the age of ten. Currently in his 11th year with Doris & Company, he is also the lead vocalist and band leader for the wildly popular Connecticut band "The Bernadettes". He can be seen performing with The Bernadettes at venues throughout Connecticut, and in New York and Rhode Island. He also writes and composes original music. Bryan has a heart for the youth and volunteers countless hours coaching girls & boys athletics. He resides in Cheshire, CT with his wife, Deborah.
Minister Calvin Vaughn
Actor / Singer / Song Writer / Music Coach - Minister Vaughn is the Pastor of Faith Hope & Charity Church of Christ Disciples of Christ. He is an accomplished singer, musician, and actor, and the Director and Lead Vocalist for The Community Male Chorus of New Haven. He and his wife Brenda have two sons
Miya Lyons
Actor / Singer / Song Writer - Miya is enjoying her 7th year with Doris and Company with an upcoming roll in Sons of Thunder as Trixie “Pipes” Jackson. Miya is also known for her roles in "Somebody Said There Would Be Days like This", "Looking for a Saved Man Working.Com", "Its Time to Make a Change", "Me and Mrs. Jones", and "Church Dinners". Miya had never acted before Doris and Company but had been singing since she was four years old. She has really enjoyed the learning experience and has found the challenge of both acting and singing in live shows, thrilling. She shares Doris’ vision and commitment for keeping God first and bringing healing and deliverance through the power of performance. Miya would like to thank the theater family for welcoming and pouring into her, Doris for believing in and pushing her to pursue what she now considers a passion, and her family and Friends for continued support.
Keacha Rogers
Co-Producer / Executive Administrator - Keacha began her journey with the Lord in the summer of 1990. She is a published Christian author (The Dating Experiment) and Bible teacher. She desires to be a catalyst in people's lives that will encourage them to "lose their lives for the Lord in order to gain them!”
Isaiah edwards
Graphic / Media Consult - Isaiah Edwards is currently an undergraduate sophomore at the University of Connecticut, Digital Media and Design major. He is a member of UCTV Advertising, the official on campus student lead television station. Isaiah has worked behind the scenes with Doris & Company for several years. And currently works on the website and graphics for all the plays.
